Annual Service Plan
Our annual service plans are designed to help prolong the life of your equipment and save you money and energy by scheduling planned maintenance on your equipment. We offer three different plans and our plan members receive discounts on repair and installation work and receive priority service over non-service plan customers.
Annual – Heating Unit
- Assess heat exchanger integrity (standing flame test)
- Check for proper amperage draw (compressor & blower)
- Check combustion (if applicable)
- Check proper system start-up and sequence of operation (check thermostat operation)
- Check heat safeties (pressure switches, temperature limits, etc.)
- Check Filter
- Check and Clean drain lines
- Inspect humidifier fill and drain
- Change humidifier pad (if necessary). Pad extra.
- Inspect UV light or air cleaner (if applicable)
Plan Benefits
- 5% Discount on Installations
- Discounted Labor Rate for all repairs and service calls
- Priority Service
- 15% Discount on Repair Parts
Annual – Air Conditioning Unit
- Check for proper amperage draw (compressor & blower)
- Check Refrigerant Levels – free 1lb of refrigerant if necessary
- Wash condenser coils (outside unit)
- Check proper system start-up and sequence of operation (check thermostat operation)
- Check wiring integrity
- Inspect contactors
- Check system capacitors
- Check Filter
- Check and Clean drain lines
- Flush out condensate pump
